it seems "Melissa" got up on the wrong side of the bed today because I got a really snarky email too...mind you, she did credit me so i'm not complaining :rotfl:

    she also wrote this:
"We reserve the right to request screenshots of completed surveys prior to or after the awarding of SB in order to verify with the applicable provider that such completions are valid."
which made me think !!!!!!?! do we have to take screenshots of crediting surveys too now? just in case they feel like asking for them?!

Personally, I rarely dare to put in a ticket without a screenshot. I honestly don't know how they verify that it relates to any particular survey though, since they are generic.

I wouldn't get too het up about her response, it sounds generic to me. I've had that before.

yeah, and the best thing is, it was in response to me sending in a screenshot they had requested! (i thought i had sent it in with the ticket but it mustn't have worked)

  • I've been having problems for a few days through SB. I think they might've changed something because when I get DQ'd from a survey it instantly goes back to SB Gold Surveys page now with the red DQ banner at the top, then trying again after that usually immediately results in the same happening where as before it would stay on the GTM page and you could try another survey or simply get their own 'end of the line' message. I've pretty much given up on them tbh.

Nope, ordered on 9th Dec, still waiting. All my TKMaxx and M&S vouchers have arrived already
  • I've received one, but am waiting on another. I kind of expected them to be a bit slower than usual and it seems about the same wait as other such promotions. Wouldn't worry :)

Yeah me too ordered mine on the 9th. Probably because it was on offer everyone ordered them.
