Is anyone having problems with Global Test Market surveys today? I've completed 2 and neither of them have credited. I have put in 2 tickets, but won't hold my breath as I'm still waiting for one from a couple of days ago that hasn't been credited.

Just got the generic blah, blah blah reply.

It seems you have to have Snipping Tool open for each survey if they aren't going to believe us.
I'll just abuse nCrave 'til I get my bucks what I earnt. Lol

I've just had some emails saying pretty much "tough luck, prove it with screen shots" even though I sent the url of the completed surveys. I've managed to get to my first target today but only just!

    What's Snipping Tool?

It's an app on Win 10 that makes taking screenshots a doddle.

Just been credited. Seems my message basically saying they were calling me a liar worked.

Lightshot is a very useful free screenshot tool that is worth downloading . You can set it up to run when you press printscreen and catch the whole screen or just a portion of it and save it straight away or print it .

A rather unwelcome change of tone from the usual helpful response from Help Centre. I had a technical error on a survey, their fault, almost at the end and go a patronizing lecture about being DQ'd. I understand that, I rarely put a ticket in and tbh it wasn't appreciated. I then go a second email saying as a 'one time gesture' they would credit me. Shan't bother with the surveys now just do the apps and watch. Really unnecessary.

Sounds like somebody mean is on CS desk today!

They credited my 10sb for their gift card survey today (for the 3rd time, separate survey completed each time). I've asked them to fix the error but it seems to fall on deaf ears. Anyone else having this problem?

it seems "Melissa" got up on the wrong side of the bed today because I got a really snarky email too...mind you, she did credit me so i'm not complaining :rotfl:

    she also wrote this:

which made me think !!!!!!?! do we have to take screenshots of crediting surveys too now? just in case they feel like asking for them?!
