What difference does this make? It's 'prepaid' - neither 'credit' nor 'debit'.
That said, most prepaid cards are Mastercard, there are very few Visa.

Any debit card is a prepaid debit card, in the sense that it deducts money that you already have from your bank account. You 'pre-load' it by putting money in the account...

You don't have a bank account with a prepaid debt card in the first place.
