Kalixa - Nobody is available to take your call at the moment

I need to contact Kalixa; I ring them and sit in a queue for about 5 minutes and then get: "Nobody is available to take your call at the moment", and the line hangs up.

That's annoying!

    I hope you remember your PIN. There's no way to reset it if you don't.

    Yes, I forgot that too, and I was really surprised to find that they can't reset it; they hard-wire it into the chip in the card!

    I have a Kalixa card to use for website subscriptions. I was naughty and wrote the pin down. But i have a feeling i wrote it down wrongly..

    oops...

    Luckily no pin needed to use it online.

    Actually every UK card has the pin hard coded on the chip as the UK uses offline PIN. It's just LINK members have the ability to allow their customers to change it and an ATM. Kalixia is not a link member.
