Euro Car Parts will have them, they're doing up to 52% off stuff plus a 5% code (EXTRA5) until midnight tonight I believe.

But make sure it's the right battery for you. You can also try carparts4less.

No affiliation other than as a very satisfied customer, Varta take some beating, my last two experiences of Bosch haven't been great.

Except that Bosch are rebranded Varta batteries.

It's possible however that because of price, Bosch branded Varta batteries are more likely to end up sat on a shelf for years before they get purchased.

Not really worth the effort the battery is probably worth £10-£20 for scrap value alone. All in you won't get much of a saving and the battery will probably be quite old (of course you could get lucky)

It's definately worth the effort, don't pay more than £10 - £15 they are not worth much as scrap value. But only if a scrap yard is nearby no point in driving too far.

Ask them to test it for you and to confirm if it doesn't work you can take it back for a refund. Best thing would be to arrive in the car that needs the battery and to swap it in the car park.
