which restus?

After much deliberation (and much checking on this site) I've decided on a Restus mattress. But I can't decide between the coral which is 2000 pocket with memory foam Or the crystal 3000.

Having found them for 260 And 300 respectively and with quick delivery (want it here this week) I'm not sure how to know if just pocket is better than with memory (the style we have now)

We sat on loads on Saturday but the only one I'd say I loved was a sleepeeze serenity. Well out of my budget range (350)

Any help or views appreciated ☺

If it helps to add, were both 5ft 7/8 and on the heavy side at 14st. Also tend to fall asleep on our sides but wake on our backs

The coral and crystal are next to each other in the range.

Although I've never tried it I'm 99% sure that the Coral IS NOT memory foam.

The difference apart from the number of springs is that the Crystal has 4 rows of side stitching versus 3 on the Coral, Crystal will have more and heavier fillings, making it more durable.
