How much - brilliant skip dive - I have skip envy lol! I've always been a sucker for blue & white. Your aran is absolutely beautiful & looks very complicated.
Rosewood - brill bargains & excellent use of them too - well done!
2 kitchen drawers Kondo'd - 4 aprons and 4 teacloths going to CS! Little rubber foot stuck back on my glass worktop saver & a photo that I'd photo shopped for a lady I know Printed onto glossy paper for her (wedding photo & she's 80!) I'll give it to her tomorrow so hope she's pleased with it.
DH just made a cuppa so I'll have that & then get tea going (Carbonara - his favourite)

Evening all
Today I have been minimising, I flat-packed 10 cardboard boxes of various sizes & dropped them of in the recycling bin. I also listed some 4 ply yarn, embroidery kits & some vintage knitting patterns on ebay. I have to come to terms with not being able to see well enough to use these & hopefully they will go to someone who will appreciate them.
I was hoping to do more but my potassium levels are very low today & I'm struggling to get up & downstairs. I've stuffed myself with bananas & spinach so I'm hoping to feel better tomorrow.
I'm another shorty here, 4'11, overweight & bottle blonde.

My husband used to be skip diver in his younger days. I think our best 'dive' was getting the remaining mono blocks after they had laid the road when we had a new house built. They were going to chuck them in the skip. I must have narrowed at least 20 barrow loads into our garden. OH made a wiggerly path right round the garden with them.0

I was probably a giraffe. Come to think of it, could still have benefitted from retaining the doe-eyes and killer eyelashes from that incarnation............:rotfl:

Thanks, Hester, I tried to get it but I'm a technophobe and for some reason it was blocked.
Sorry about that and many thanks.

Well if you taller lot are 'The Bluebell Girls' then we must be 'The Seven Dwarfs' we are just looking for our 'Snow White'.
I was lucky with the skip dive it's a private rented house which changes tennants every year or so and they have a skip for everything that gets left behind. My daughter and son go mad at me but the make do and mend in me will not allow nice things go to the skip site. Why pay full price when you may get it YS0
