    Doesnt the Santander 'no fee' card have a £24 annual fee?

    Also you might be able to negotiate a lower purchase price, if taking out a credit package directly through the used car showroom.

    No, it's '123' that has a fee.

    I am no expert, but this doesn't make any (financial) sense to me.
    Are you saying that the finance company pays commission to the garage for selling 0% loan?
