I think Peter's 2nd suggestion should fix it.
There's more information on the problem on microsoft forum with a quick reg fix, although I'd suggest the manual fix first.

I found out it's only for XP as I tried to install it on my Vista machine. Shame, it's a good tool.
I'd suggest running an online scan if you can because some nasties can disable onboard av's https://www.f-secure.com/en/web/home_global/online-scanner or Housecall at Trend Micro is another good one.0
