i did think that i only signed up to improve my score and rating..any ideas where i should start..i did think about a small credit card and use that to improve is this the right way to go about it?0

You must have a current account...surely? Who's it with? And is the address they're using EXACTLY the same one you're using to register with the CRAs and putting on your credit applications?0
