    :o:o:o I have been so fortunate as it really was my Mums best friend and her husband who have done so much to make this happen. They are now using their account to help out their nephew and his wife. The world is always a better place because of such people!!! :A

    I have been on this journey since 2007 when I was about £20k in debt now I have just over that amount in a mortgage debt. I got my mortgage base on the rental on the property not on my income or credit report and history (cos that is quickly disappearing). :D
