    Have you clicked on the Previous 30 Days button?

    Click on the Cash tab, can you account for all the cash in your Capital and Income/Loyalty accounts?

    Use the Transaction History tab (not the tabs under the Cash tab) to drill down further

    If it's an equalisation payment, tax credit or anything else it should show up in the trx history of one of those accounts
