No. LolAre you Flo by any chance!
Its amazing how people on the forum know each other - I'm awful with names.
Regarding your other post - if someone has been give DLA for life and now PIP has given nothing, don't you think something is wrong?
My experience with DLA is they refuse me when i reapply and when i appeal they grant me the benefit as i explained above.0

If anyone wants to know when PIP will start in their area - ring up PIP & give your postcode to them. That's how I found out that I had 2 do a change in circumstances form for my DLA instead of PIP. My original DLA was due 2 end in feb 2015 - but uprating is indefinite until PIP comes to my postcode which I was told would be 2017 at the earliest. I reside in East Anglia, which was one of the areas that was meant to begin in 2015!0

Hey Andy, by your own admission you volunteered to claim PIP, please get your fairy tales correct before giving wrong advice.

Hey, of course I did, that is what I thought was the best way forward seeing how so many people were saying that it is stressful just waiting of C (conversion) Day to come about. I didn't see any point in waiting. Do it this year or next, to me, it didn't seem a problem. Now where in my post have I given any bad/poor advice. The options everyone has that hasn't as yet been converted is to stay as you are on DLA and wait stressfully for your turn to come, or volunteer and go for it early.
The only 'fairytale' is the fact that you seem to think that I am someone called andy?0

Hey, no not at the time, the DWP wrote to me to say that I had failed the PIP test but that they were now looking to see if I would qualify for Attendance using the PIP form that I filled in. Eventually that was done and I failed that as well. When I looked at appealing against the PIP decision after finding out that Attendance was also refused, I was told that the 30 days to ask for a reconsideration had elapsed (It took weeks and weeks for them to give the Attendance decision).peterpan01 wrote: »Did you appeal?0

Hey, Not at the time, I just assumed that the goal posts had been moved (DLA - PIP) and that under the new rules what I had before under DLA is no longer available under PIP. Besides which the DWP letter telling me about the Attendance benefit that they were looking at made it seem that they were both the same (PIP & Attendance) but for different ages - under 65 and over 65. I was 65 when I applied for PIP and found out later that I only had one chance of applying for it due to my age.peterpan01 wrote: »No. Lol

Hey, as an aside I have since found out that when the national roll out happens, it doesn't matter where you live, the first to be tested for PIP will be those that turned 65 AFTER PIP came in in April 2013. They are saying that those people start in October 2015.Horseunderwater wrote: »If anyone wants to know when PIP will start in their area - ring up PIP & give your postcode to them. What the hell are you on about? who's both? if you dont like my thread dont reply, simple. As you well know, the "someone", that you refer to is a Troll and you say that you have been refused DLA due to self diagnosed Bipolar.
Go away, you've 'both' been rumbled.
Gosh you really are a sorry soul, we should pity someone like you - poor person you must be so overlooked and trodden on in real life - is that why to hide behind a computer and act like you do?0
