Garage/driveway sale?

Anybody done one? Got beds, wardrobes, clothes, and loads of other stuff to get rid of. Just trying to work out the easiest way to get rid of it all!

beware of inviting randoms into your garage /garden etc , some of the bargain hunters might be tempted to come back and rob you later if they see what else you own or the security measures you have in place

happed here after there was a village garage sale ...you get all manner of dirt bags come round

Our security is pretty high but yes, that could be a concern.

You won't get much money for anything in a garage sale. If just getting rid, why not give them to a charity shop - they often collect.

Otherwise you could put an ad in Gumtree if you want something for them.

Fallback is the charity shop. I've a car full to go to them on Monday already.

If it's old brown furniture you may struggle to get rid of it.
