lloyds credit card product transfer

My reading of the situation is that the OP does not have a debt on another card so the card offer of 33months 0% is no good for him.
It might be better if he uses another card and then transfers this to the Lloyds card.

now been told they don't open till Monday, so ill have to wait till then, are you also looking at the 6.4% low rate card mate?

I'm ok with what ive been offered at the moment as I'm carrying balances on my other two credit cards so I've done a balance transfer. However it would be interesting to know whether they can or will change products the product type on request when it comes to an end.

well when I try to apply for another (it wont let you as you can only hold one card) but it will let me change it online to a dual combo of cards, for which I have no use.


further down its states if you wish to transfer to another product to give them a call, which ive done but they are closed till Monday.

I get the same message so it must be do able.

Did you manage to change your product?

woops, no said I had to wait six months or close the transfer card and reapply for the low rate, bos do the same card, ill apply for that one in a month or so.

Argh that's good least you know. I'm believer you don't get what you don't ask for.
