1p today. I was in a convinience shop & saw a 20p on the floor but I couldnt get it as the owner was right there. Its next door to where I work so was just grabbing milk for work. Darn!

much amused at the size of each find in relation to the perceived profile of each store :rotfl:

Yesterday I found (on the cash changer machine in Morries) 2 cents; one each of euro and US$

they can go on the holiday fund to be returned to their native shores by myself - hopefully:rotfl:

So I went upto London for the weekend to watch football with high hopes of finding some road kill, howver I came back v.disappointed!

First of all I saw my first coin in the tube station, it was though a 20 Groszy Polish coin. There was another coin a little bit further on but I couldn't get to it.

Later on I got chatting to a guy on the train on the way to football when we got off he dropped a 5p and didn't pick it up and I didn't feel like I could then pick it up myself! It was there on the way back but I couldn't get to it because of the crowds!

When I bougth a pie in the ground there was 1p right next to the till but again didn't feel like I could pick it up.

So I was leaving London and pulled into get some petrol and there was 15p near the til but I didn't get served at that one so again missed out.

So I came home empty handed other than a Polish coin and I am actually a little bit gutted.

Edit: Also missed out on 2p in the gym yesterday.
