Did your "puppy pack"not contain details of the puppy's parentage, their health or any health tests that they may have had? Of course, I realise that this is a cross puppy and will not be registered but in actual fact both parents need to be health tested for the various health problems known in the various breeds before being used for breeding to ensure that any resulting puppies do not have inherant health problems. This probably wasn't done, and you didn't give any sort of contract which would set out the price, and an undertaking between both buyer and breeder that, should anything go wrong and the buyer be unable to keep the puppy, that it should be returned to the breeder.0

I don't think you need to do all that if you are not a registered breeder.0

You don't have to be a registered breeder to do it - GOOD breeders - who only breed when they want a puppy for themselves - do it. I always did - and in 50 years, I bred some 8 or 9 litters. It's called being responsible - and trying to ensure that dogs do not finish up in Rescues!0 -
Sorry but did you meet the new puppy owners at all before handing over the puppy?
Or was all contact through your dog walking friend?
All very weird to be honest.
I would expect you to discuss the price directly with prospective owner and not via a third party...0 -
