Searching for lost friends

Hi, I am trying to find some long-lost school friends. They are not listed on friendsreunited so all I know is:
  • Birth year (one of two for school year)
  • First name
  • Surname
  • Last known wherabouts
And that is about it. The key here is being able to search based on birth year which none of the obvious candidates allow.

Anyone any ideas where to start please.

Thanks in advance.

Tom

Facebook.com might be worth a try as you can search by area and age.

Thanks zippy I have had a quick look and facebook looks like a site for sharing files/photos with registered friends - the likelihood of them all having registered on this site is extremely remote.

It's worth a try though. The amount of old school friends I have found in facebook is unbelievable.

How about a letter to the local newspaper from their last known whereabouts?

Have seen this in my local paper a few times & some lovely folow up stories when people have met up again.

    Good Luck
Thanks to all who post comps :A :T
