I seem to have loads of pots of body cream in my bathroom. I am getting feed up seeing them sitting there. I have given away lots of unopen tubs but have a lot still open. Can I use on face to use it up as I only use on hands and legs at the moment. Thanks

Depends on the fragrance and f there is glitter in them.
Try using it on you hips, buttocks and abdomen. Mine suck up a lot of body butter.0 -
no glitter in them. Will try to use up in other places as you said. cheers:j0

Face should be no problem if you keep clear of your eyes.
But what do I know? I'm a man. This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0 -
Body lotion is likely to contain heavier ingredients and fragrances than facial moisturisers, and will possibly be comodogenic leading to clogged pores. Personally, I wouldn't risk it!0

I wouldn't risk it personally in case it irritates your face! Could you re-purpose them as intensive foot creams (i.e. smother on, pop socks on and leave overnight)?0

I wouldn't, personally.New to this money saving lark. Any tips greatly received.

Thanks i wont use on face:j0

I've not tried lotions but I have used a superdrug body scrub on my face, with no problems. In fact it was better than their face-scrub!0

It really depends on the lotion, have a look at the label and see if they are ingredients you want to use on your face.No buying toiletries challenge

I'd do a trial and error, providing you don't have reactive or sensitive skin!
With me it's usually the other way round: I buy face creams but end up using them on my body, as they're too harsh or perfumed.left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense
