Hi Bobarella or should I call you X-ray eyes ! (Eagle eyes and X-ray eyes - a rare combination). This is because of the pound coin in the mud find you had)
Re COS . When I use it on my phone it asks which store e.g. Mr T. Then the date, then only shows the available offers. Oh sorry, I see ,how silly of me, this is too late when you've already bought it! I almost made that mistake with shower stuff which was MrT.com . Luckily there was none in the store, otherwise I would have been angry!

Oh I forgot about the sausages. One of the found receipts had sausages on but didn't specify. So I did a cheeky claim for one of the offers. Haven't had the verdict back yet!
  • Did my weekly shop today. Managed to buy some ys goodies from Mr. A although not as good as my previous hauls probably because it was 3 hrs before closing and they were only doing the bakery section when we were there (the lady with the YS machine was not as friendly as my usual one every Sunday). Note to self: stick to what you know - go YS shopping on Sunday afternoon. Also picked up some items from @ldi and picked up 6 receipts lying on the counter and the floor. There were about 5 more scattered about but I didn't want to draw attention. Those 6 plus my own two receipts will be uploaded on COS later which will hopefully add 40p to my total.

    Hello Longships
There are 2 shopping apps I use. I understand there are actually 3 in total but I havent used the one that is associated with Top Cashback.

Do you have a smart phone? If yes, download Shoptize & Checkoutsmart onto your phone in the first instance. Then have a look at them both, read up on how to use them. If you dont understand give us a shout, its pretty self explanatory though, but happy to help a fellow womble of course :)

    Bob

My phone is not particularly Smart and neither am I :rotfl: DH can probably figure it out for me and his phone is all singing and dancing.

Found 20p on the way to Mr Ts and another 13 CC points.

Ha ha Longships :) I don't know if it can be done on a desk top that's all. Think you need a camera to scan your reciepts with.

Gerry - Meant to say, lol at my new nickname. I do seem to have a way of spotting things. This year I have seen a £10 stuck against a wire fence, a £5 note in the street twice, & so many bits and bobs of roadkill. I like to think that I am secretly a super hero, and this is my skill...

£1 today via the tips pot, & £50 for taking part in a market research panel :)

Just 21 CC points to add. No pennies to be found anywhere! 6p off a ltr of petrol yesterday with fuel save - nearly all from wombled points - so many people just discard their receipts without bothering but their carelessness is our gain :)
