London Live (Channel 159)Cannot get on Virgin

we live in Surrey and are meant to be able to get the London Live Channel on Virgin (channel 159) However we do not seem to be able to receive but we can get it on Freeview on another television in the house. It does not make sense to us is anyone else having the same problem

What do Virgin say about it? The fact you can receive the channel on Free view is irrelevant other than to demonstrate it actually exists.0

Channel 159 is a new local channel especially for Virgin Media TV customers in the Brighton area only.0
