Halls Extra Strong

We use Halls Extra Strong mints usually bought from Wilkinson's. We've noticed that since they changed the shape, ie removed the dimples, the individual sweets are not completely wrapped and are removed from the packet sticky.
I thought it might be a case of emailing Halls themselves, but of dear no. They're made by Martinez or some such name. I have endeavored to explain the issue and given the requested details.
I then slowly opened another pack and it was the same.
You would have thought quality control would have spotted this. Anyway, for nothing better to do on Christmas morning, the email has gone. Now what else is there to do for an old man with no presents to open and nothing to do.
