Dubai Offshore company and AMEX Platinim from Dubai

I am planning setting up an offshore company in Dubai along with a AMEX Platinum card... Anyone that can recommend a bank?

Well, a llttle bit more infor, I am an expat living in Europe but I want to have a offshore company in Dubai with a nominee director and attached AMEX Platinum card, internet banking etc. Anyone has any bank, lawyer etc to recomend?

so, out of interest, will you invoice for the work you do in Europe, via this Dubai-based company? and if so, is this because it is very tax efficient to do so?

Dubai is not a straight forward country for setting up a business in. They have some rather different and very strict rules and regulations that would feel alien to someone used to setting up in the UK.


Quite frankly I am bewildered at the fascination with an Amex platinum card. Plastic is funding, just one form and one branding of many. Why don't you concentrate on setting up the company and the running of that, any old card will get you through.


For Dubai, you need to seek professional and experienced help on the matter and this forum is not a place to find it.
