  • Afternoon all
Wishing every body a merry Christmas.
Major upset here, my darling hubby worked so hard this year, he bought a tablet for each of the grandchildren, an hour before we went over to give them out, the ex turned up & gave them one each, so we ended up looked mean and stingy as all we had for them was a few home made gifts, 15 years on & he's still doing silly things to spite me, hey ho.
We've had a lovely day apart from that.
    Hugs Hester

    Hi all,

Merry Christmas to all. I hope everyone is having as peacefull day as possible.

We are now sat like weebles on the sofa, having eaten wayyyyy to much food. Feeling very spoilt and OH went completly over the top, but the best gift of all was a beautiful wooden box, with Keepsakes engraved on it and when opened had 3 photograph's of us at our wedding this year, a tray and space to put our special memories - I blubbed like baby, not like me at all.

And Teens even cleared up after dinner!!

Love and hugs to all xx

  • Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a lovely day!
We have spent today visiting FIL and my family. Wine drunk, sprouts eaten, thankful that all is well with my little world.

Best Christmas wishes to you all!

  • Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you've all had a lovely day and nice food and good company and great presents. We've had perfect weather down here and an afternoon walk in the sunshine which took us to the river where we watched the sunset and it was beautiful. Thanks for a year of friendship, sharing, kindness, caring and humour and thank you all for making my world a happier place, Lyn xxx.
  • Wonderful day......

Not...DB started with palpitations at 11.30pm last night, it was after 1 am before I put the light out. Up again just before 8 am to do the breakfast and prepare the veg etc. I started the day badly by throwing DB's breakfast coffee into his porridge and orange juice all over the sitting room carpet......

DD2 arrived with presents just after 11.am. DB retired to bed with nausea and a dizzy and he has been there ever since. I have spent all day running up and down stairs with food etc.

    Fed up?? You bet!!

    Evening all.

Hester take heart, things weren't plain sailing in my house either.

However, tomorrow is a new day.

    Sleep well all :)
