Well ..... it's a murky n' mild day today ... but ...
I can see a hint of light sky over yonder so maybe the
weather will improve as the day goes on.

Morning everyone. Bit hit and miss here with the weather it is not that cold but it is very damp although rain stopped around 7am. Had a very productive morning got housework done and even got ironing board out. Bed stripped and duvet etc all washed. So quite pleased with my self. Only have dinner to sort out later and I am done. Hope everyone is well.

Not sure if DD1 & family are coming for lunch or not today so made a big cottage pie we we can freeze it in portions if they don't arrive.

Lo Sylvia you and me both. Still not sure if DD is coming for brunch before football or a meal afterwards.
Breakfast food here plus I decided to make a chicken pasta this evening. Quick and easy.

FireFly I've not been out yet but it's mild in house no need to put heating back on. So sounds as though we are lucky here.
Alfie murky here too.

Rose you sound as though you have had a real spurt of energy. Comps now good luck.

Afternoon, hope everyone is well. I have a couple of days off after finishing the early shift today. It's warm here but damp as well. Very foggy earlier but cleared now.Hope you are all having a good day.

lol alfie. Juist had one of those feeling refreshed mornings so thought I would just get on with it until energy ran out.

Leanfun, DD1 and family did come in the end just as we were doing the veg so I have an empy tray from the Cottage pie so glad I was prepared. A grans job is never done LOL.

Just had a nice salad for tea.

sylvia you seem to eat so healthy. I'm not particularly keen on salad. Will eat it minus lettuce (yeugh) I had a chicken breast wrapped in bacon, new pots and broccolli. Glass of wine then a nice cuppa.
