    Good morning everyone!

I hope you are all well and raring to go on this rather
    beautiful day. :)

The weather here this morning in The New Forest is
glorious, very mild, sun peeking through - bet the
wonderful mix of wildlife are loving it. :D

No drizzle here at the mo fire**fly - am hoping it
will stay dry for a change! :p

    smileys-sunbathing-479643.gif

Maybe I'll just wander around the garden a bit later
on and see what's occurring. ;)

It's the twelfth day of Christmas folks (Twelvetide)
depending when you count the twelve days from .....

    220px-XRF_12days.jpg

If Christmas Day is the first of the twelve days,
then Twelfth Night would be on January 5, the eve of
    Epiphany.

If December 26, the day after Christmas, is the first
day, then Twelfth Night falls on January 6, the evening of
    Epiphany itself.

Thankfully my xmas decs are all tucked away for another
year - not that I'm superstitious or anything! :p

:j:j Very well done on your fab wins indie! Brill start to
    the new year. :j:j :D :T:T:T

Happy New Year Katie! So pleased you have maintained
your weight over the festive period - have a wonderful
    time at Aquacise today. :)

Thanks for the Vick tip Dreams - will give it a try - the cough
is a little better today thankfully! :D

Lol at your cats trying to help the meter man chocolatelover!
If mine hears anything untoward she dives under the bed only
appearing if she thinks the coast is clear! :rotfl::rotfl:

Wishing you a really lucky comping year roar - got my
fingers 'n paws crossed for you. :)

Well, must be time for a coffee break - have a lovely and
lucky day all - will be popping by later. :)

Alfie pleased you are a bit better. Do take care.

Talk about suspicious I took down our few Christmas decorations yesterday. DH complained it was wrong time i.e. Not 12th Day. Usually take them down on 6th. Yes, Alfie even that's debatable.

Chocolate lover and Wingo your pets made me laugh.

Well we had a strange day yesterday. in afternoon DH had some almighty sneezes. He really sneezes and lately it's been worse. He has no cold so it's only ocassional. Well I heard this noise and then when he appeared he had a big bruise under one eye. He went to Doctors they had no appointements and told him to go to hospital. Four hours later he had all clear. Small blood vessel broken.

Nearly 20 years ago on holiday in Malta I fell and bruised my eye badly. Before it cleared up one day on bus I said in a loud voice wish you wouldn't hit me! Well DH is the mildest man ever. He took it well but has woken up this morning singing something about I shouldn't hit him!

I have not even doing as much cleaning lately wonder if it's dust related.

Katie great to hear from you. Happy New a Year and well done on maintaining weight.

Indie well done on your double wins. That's three wins in the Inn from mags. I have been wondering about continuing to do them. I only do them as I fancy.

Wingo and Sylia yes you have to be in it to win it and then be lucky.

Wish everyone popping in good luck.

Afternoon, Hope your hubbys eye dosen't get any more bruises. It must have been scary when it first happened. I got a black eye and scratched left side of face many years ago when i took my 2 alsations out for a run in a field. They went under a fence and i went head over heels over the top. Didn't realise there was a wire across it.All they wanted to do was roll in cows poo..lol. When i went to work the next day they wanted to know who had beaten me about the face. They knew my exhubby was away with the RN, So thought i was playing around and got beat up.Don't think they believed me when i tried to explain about the wire.lol
I came home from work to a win from The Baby Website. A Braun Thermoscan 7 Ear Thermometer,I wanted one for ages but it was never at the top of my shopping list. So would like to say a big thank you to FF for posting the comp. Hope everyone is having a good day,it's been raining here most of the day yet again.

    Hi everyone,

Home again now. Had lovely little break and hopefully those two different cheap stays will get us enough Priority club points for another 2 stays somewhere else later on! Weather was really kind to us and only rained at night - couldn't believe it.

Well done to all the winners, really pleased for you all. Lovely prizes.

My DH seems to get strange little bruises too leanfun and he tells people it is me who does them.

Got tree down today as soon as we got home Alfie. Had taken the ceiling decorations down before we left.

Must Google a snappy bin FF. No idea what it is!

Be lovely to have your son home rose. Our neighbours across the road had their Commander son home at Xmas. He seems to be at Faslane now.

Hope everyone has had a lovely day.

    welcome home sheils
sounds like you had a lovely time :j

    snappy bins are these..:D

    http://www.halfords.com/camping-leisure/travel-accessories/travel-equipment/snappy-bin-the-portable-folding-bin-blue
The award winning Snappy Bin by Snapp was
originally developed as an aid to nappy changing,
it can also be used as a car bin / tidy,
on picnics, in schools or offices, nurseries,
    around the house,
in the kitchen or in the bedroom for make up -
    wherever you decide!
It's possible to pre-load your Snappy Bin
with multiple sacks for use at home or on the move.
You can attach several bags, fold it up and take it with you.
The sacks stay in place and after using you've got another sack ready to go.

Son is based at Faslane shiels. Could be your neighbours son may be going out in the sub that takes over from my sons. Glad you had a good break in Edinburgh my sister lives there in Corstorphine. Loads to do and see there I never get bored of it. Often just head through for the day and sight see with the tourists lol. Then head out to sisters for tea before I get the train home. I have a key so if she is at work can put the kettle on and relax for a while then leave her a note saying I have been there. Remember one of the first times I let myself in neighbour thought she was being burgled and had to explain to her why I was there then get her to phone sister at work as she was going to phone police.
