Well I've been to the butchers....I mean dentist! Have to go back again to see if I need a root filling though! _pale_ I got a temporary one in for now.

I missed the blood moon last night...totally forgot about it! The moon does look lovely tonight though

I'm so livid with sons school! After they put him in consequence room last time all day they also told him he had to do an hours detention same day for being 3 mins late! He felt sick after being in the room so came straight home and went to bed. They were still adamant he had to do detention so they decided because he didn't go to it he had to go back in consequence room. Now I could understand if he was disruptive in class, fighting or whatever but this is just for being a few mins late on a morning and the only reason he is late is because he waits for his sister who has autism & anxiety and has difficulty with time management. She is allowed five mins. I wrote in his planner under no circumstances do I want him in that room and explained my reasons but the school has just ignored my concerns and put him in there today!! :mad: After sitting there all day in a blacked out room, where they don't do work, having to face the front and not allowed to slouch, stand up, stretch their legs or not even allowed to go the toilet when he asked he started to feel sick and he fell asleep for a few minutes towards the end of day. So they decided to then phone me to tell me he had been in the room and not completed it because he fell asleep so is back in room on Wednesday! I said I do not want him in that room as it's unethical, I'm sure prisoners get better treatment but they won't listen and told me to speak to another teacher who won't answer the bloody phone! :mad: Son is upset and says he is not going in to school just to go in that room. I understand they have a behaviour policy but this is a bit extreme! It's no wonder kids are suicidal these days, whatever happened to enjoy and achieve.
Sorry for long post, I'm so annoyed as any mother would be.
