Just had son in asking if I would make soup for kids to take to school as dil has bought them small flasks to take with their packed lunch so that they can have something warm with their sandwiches or pasta. So he is of to Asda with a list told him not to bother as I have ingredients there but he insisted so only have to get some ham ribs from butcher in morning. When he comes back he is taking curry sauce I made for my tea made extra to freeze. He was also asking what was in slow cooker so told him chicken soup so some of that going tomorrow as well when he picks up soup for kids. Think I am running a canteen here going to put a board out with prices lol

Get the keys to our new home on Friday. :D We're moving from a one bedroom first floor flat to a 2 bedroom bungalow with a garden. :) We've been waiting so long for a more suitable property because of my health problems so it's a great start to the year. :D The boys will have their own room too. We're not going to have any more children so hopefully we'll be there for many years (unless my health magically gets better, in which case we'll move to free up the bungalow for someone else with health problems!) Looking forward to making it homely. :) It's in the same village we live in too, so no need to change GP etc. :D

Your wellcome shiels. The list he went away with doubled lol he came back with a large pack of mince a block of cheese some lasagne sheet and dried macaroni and a pile of foil dishes have been asked if I would make a batch of mac cheese and lasagne as well told him he would have to wait till Thursday for them as I have to go out tomorrow morning and wont have time. He also brought me a large bag of cashew nuts and wine for myself and left £5 for anything else I need. Really need to mess up on the cooking I think:D

Enjoying break thanks rose but weather throwing everything from sunshine to hail at us!
Lodge is great. Bit worried about snow and ice tonight but local news says gritters are going out.
Meeting DHs bro and his wife for lunch tomorrow and seeing their new house which is just over 20miles away. Enjoying change of scene.
