Lovely giraffe pics everyone! I don't know what it is about giraffes but I always think they look pretty with their eyes! We saw a baby one at flamingo land a few weeks back and it was so cute

Thanks for the tip on tesco points Sheils :A I used some for BPool pleasure beach. For £12.50 points and £55 cash I got 5 day tickets for pleasure beach. I was going to buy two wristbands but saw the new deal and got us all one instead! it's £30 on the gate each so saved a lot.
I decided to hold off booking a hol with the situation with my dad so will get cancellation or something next year.

Have a good time in Leeds Sylvia. Are you visiting family? If you're over at your sisters in Hartlepool anytime soon there's an offer on groupon for fish & chips with pot of tea/coffee at Mary Rowntrees. £6.90 for two or £12.90 for four Not sure what it's like there though.

Hi All

Folly farm was lovely yesterday, lots to do and weather was ok.

Then at 2am DD woke up with a croup like cough and diff breathing. Rushed into A+E where she did a miraculous recovery! Never happened before and frightened us a little.
She's absolutely fine now. So a pottering day for us today.

Hi everyone, glad to see we are back up and running. You would thing the end of the world had come if you heard DH moaning about not being able to get on with his dailies LOL. Set him up with HUK but couldn't find how to get to the dailies for him so that made it worse.

Off to Leeds soon to meet DD1, DH's family have gone to Cornwall Wingo so we are dog sitting. Just 2 dogs and 2 GP's this time.

Not long until you go on holiday now Sheils, have a good time away this weekend.

Must go get the bus into town as its too expensive to park in Leeds these days.

Good afternoon everyone ...... nice to 'see' you .... to
'see' you nice!!!

Hope you are all well - not sure what's happening with
the weather at the mo :think:. No rain as yet, mixture of
sun and cloud, nice and fresh - hmmmm .... may go out and
do some gardening!

Was lovely here yesterday once it had rained - sunny with
breeze. Managed a few good hours out in the garden -
even mowed the lawns which had dried off nicely. :j

Everything is just growing so quickly in this weather - am
constantly pruning and mowing! :eek::D

:heartsmil Love doing it all really...... happy as a sandboy and in
my element!
