Hope you are all well on this rather damp start to

Yes ..... Alfie has actually had a decent amount of rain! It
started yesterday early evening and carried on through the
night - just easing off now, lighter skies out yonder ...
perfect!

Just love it when it rains at night but gives me a decent
day with the added bonus of no hand watering! :j:j

Garden looks all the better for a good drenching and plants
all look perky. Yay!!!

Morning everyone,


It has dried up here so hope I can get all the washing dry. Have 2nd load in wash. Have all DDs work stuff too. She has day off but goodness knows when she will be up after her busy week so soft mum doing it!
DH and I going to get our hair cut this morning so will need to get organised earlier than usual.

Rio is a great film Katie - enjoy. I don't use Sky but thanks for telling us about the offer.


Hope your house is looking great now indie. We hate DIY I must admit although we will have to do some (in winter maybe!)

Morning peeps. Hope everyone is well. Sun is trying to peep through after a night of rain. Bed stripped this morning and windows open to air the place. Bought some new bedding, curtains and cushions so will sort bed out in the afternoon as I will have to get iron and board out (hate ironing) but steam generator makes it a lot quicker. Have a lucky one peeps and for all those going out for the day enjoy.

Good morning all, bit dull here so not sure what it is going to do. Hope the rain stays off as travelling down to Yorkshire to return GD and animal sit while they go away (3 tortoise, 1 dog, 4 rabbits, 8 Guineapigs and 2 turtles + my 2 dogs. Should be fun. There's me thinking I will be able to have a rest LOL.

Glad you got some rain Alfie and that your garden is looking better for it.
