Double well done fire**fly on the toner/cleanser & DVD :T :j
Rose, double well done to you too on the foundation trial and the freebie :j :T
Alfie, I would be on edge if I had a cat that I thought was chasing spiders! I would have to have the spider catcher beside my bed!I was sorting out an old wooden bread bin that we used to keep batteries and other bits n bobs in. There was a huge spider inside but luckily it was dead!
Sylvia, glad you're having an nice timeHope weather is nice too!
Hope you're enjoying your time off work indie
I had a follow up app today at the hospital after my op. All is well and just yearly check ups.
My bro seems ok so far. He's had stent taken out and changed his rejection tablet to a different one and that might be helping his stomach. Only time will tellHe seems to think kidney has been bringing him luck as he won on a raffle and on a bingo card!
My dad's chemo was cancelled for now as he wasn't well enough to receive it but hopefully it's just a minor set back. He was given some steroids to boost him up again so he might have chemo again mondayBig thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Good morning Inners!
Hope you are all well on this wonderful start to
Wednesday.
Beautiful start to the day, dry and sunny - may
be hot later. No showers for me yesterday fire**fly -
well none to speak of so back to hand watering the
garden for me.:p
Got a fair bit of gardening done yesterday as well as
loadsa other stuff so feeling fairly pleased.
wingo - so pleased you and your bro are doing well.
Lovely he is on a winning streak. :j
Hugs for your dad. xxxxx
 My god - I would have been like you with the large
spider you found in the old wooden bread bin ......
even if they are 'dead' I am always fearful that they
will suddenly spring back to life again and start
scuttling around. :eek::eek: :rotfl::rotfl:
Talking of spiders .... I have noticed of late that there
are an awful lot of webs now in the garden, (more than
usual!). Particularly around wooden furniture, fences, gates
etc etc. As quickly as I brush them off, they reappear again!
:eek: Invasion of spiders me thinks.
Well, on that note .... I'm off to make myself a cup of
coffee.:D
Have a lovely day whatever you have planned.

Morning peeps. Dull and cloudy here but no rain so far. Good news for you and your brother wingo. Have been laughing at the spider phobias in the Inn. I just tend to try and catch them and put them out (I don't get many but they do seem to be getting bigger) Have a lucky day everyone.0

Morning, I don't do spiders either..lol. It's very overcast here at the moment, they have said rain but not here yet.I dropped my son off at work earlier there was some school kids coming in so they asked him to go in earlier.. I drove him over to work and we passed a class walking in with the teachers. He said " Can't see why they need me in early". I dropped him off and on the way back saw the rest of the school walking in....I think it was the whole infants and junior school.lol. Think he is going to be busy for a couple of hours.0

Good morning all, nasty rainy day here. DD's hairdresser is coming soon to put me some highlights in.
Well done on your wins firefly & Rose.
firefly, the hedghog was took to vets yesterday and he said she had done a great job and it was time to let him go. DD had a big plastic box she cut a hole in and inserted a piece of plastic pipe in so he could get out. He was gone this morning. Apparenty they can roam about a mile every night.
Hope the weather is better where you all are.
Tomorrow we are off to Temple Newsom Park the other side of Leeds and meeting up with DH's DD and GD so should be a good day if weather is OK for us.
Glad you have got the all clear at the hospital Wingo and that you Brother is getting sorted. Big hugs for your Dad.
Good luck for today everyone.BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS0 -
I've heard some schools don't break up until this week indie. I bet your son will have. Lot of fun with a load of infants!
Lovely pics fire**flyEven in summer the kids still go mad for Olaf the snowman from frozen! It's gone all dark here too and I've just put a line of washing out!
Alfie, my garden is like that with cobwebs here and there! They look nice when the frost or resin has got at them but I would hate to see what lives in them!
I agree with you Rose, the spiders are much bigger! And the bees too!
Sylvia, have a fun day tomorrow with family in Leeds
Well my lazy bunch are all in bed still despite me shouting them over & over again, putting the Hoover on, letting the dog bark, ringing their mobiles....they'll get a shock when the internet goes off later when I turn it off!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums.
