Good morning all, very dull and wet here will need to put washing in the tumbler today I think.

Sorry you still havent had rain Alfie, it must get to you soon surely.

Glad you have rain and that your water butts are filling firefly. Thanks for the Buddah, as you know I always love it when you post on up for us to rub his tum.

Glad you got your rain 3for it certainly cools the air a bit.

Sister is on her was back from the New Forrest today. They have had thunder and lightening through the night so I hope she gets a good journey. She will stay over in the Midlands for a few day to visit family before returning up north.

Just had a call from DD1. She wants me to help her put up a wardrobe this afternoon so I had better sort out my electric screwdriver otherwise my hands won't be any use for comping when I get back.

Thought you were off on your travels today Sheils, have I got it wrong again? What date are you coming my way? It would be lovely to have another coffee with you.

Have given buddha's tummy another rub FF as there is a Holiday Inn comp just finished on FB for 50,000pts which I have my heart set on! Could get up to 10 breaks with that if I worked it well.
Have been lucky in the past with their comps. No point in entering if you don't dream about winning! Lol

Seems some of us have had rain others not. We had thunder and lightening over head about midnight last night and some rain but it didn't last very long. Would not fill a water barrel Fire Fly.

Very hot here again today. We watched some of Heather Watson match yesterday and I bought strawberries to pretend I was there. Andy later today.

Just had a big knock on door. We have a flintstone door knocker. Postie brought some Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and a Cloth Cleanser. 50 ml so good size. I was really surprised.

Good luck with wardrobe Sylvia.

Sheils no point entering if we don't dream of some wins. Best of luck with the FB comp. I don't do FB or Tw.
Son is in America so must try to catch up with them
