here is desperate for a good drink of water!

Good Morning,


Pretty dull looking here again.
Had a busy morning yesterday and when we got home the opposite neighbours came to start moving the logs from our trees. Tree guy had large monster truck thing that made smaller branches into bark chippings but couldn't do the larger ones. Neighbours have wood burning stove so we carried and wheel barrowed them accross the road. Quite hard work but not so bad with 4 of us doing it.
Bet you will never guess what I have to do today - yes the dreaded ironing!


Great you got to see the GKs leanfun and hope you get tickets OK.

I think they might need those wood chippings Sheils, it is very cold where I am in Yorkshire, just put the heating on. It is supposed to be flaming June! :rotfl:

Anyway this Friday is my major tidy up day so I am off to tackle the kitchen before I get too into tackling the comping board!

Flaming June! Well have to say but it was boiling hot down south yesterday Suzie. Felt like a Sauna on train on way home. Heavy and dull here today. No rain for ages.

Sheila surprising how much wood comes from a tree. Pleased you were able to help out neighbours.

Rose I should crack on and do some cleaning up here sister coming weekend after next and I promised myself I'd clean up early and not be tired out when they came.

Glad you got your things done FF. DH is off to cuts the lawn so I am having a little comp before the ironing!

Morning, it's a lovely day here at the moment. Have had the doors and windows open since 6 and just going to put my 2nd load of washing out.I have the day off so better catch up with some housework and comp in between. Lol. Hope you all have a lucky day.
