Morning everyone. Having a nice weekend with family. GK's are sticking to me like limpets lol anything I want done one of them is on hand. Instructing DIL how to make ham and lentil soup. So if i am successfull wont have to make it for them anymore. Hope you are all well. Weather here is miserable cold, dull and wet. Hope it is better for some of you. Have a nice and lucky day.

Doing some comping with Gk's. I am searching while they are entering. Never seen them so quiet. The concentration on their faces lol. Mum and dad are off food shopping. So giving them a break as well.

still, at least can go out & see to bird feeders before rain

:hello: Everyone,

hope all is well,I am fine,went to my parents today for lunch then went to Waitrose and saw my friend went to see some cars on the Den in Teignmouth and some vintage buses,got a few things and took them home,got a bin liner for my friend to put some cushions in as a binliner they were orginally in got ripped.Mobile phone decided not to text or ring so was worried and left it for a bit,found friend and passed on her cushions we went to the pier and had a walk and then I decided I would sort out the mobile phone,so opened it,took out battery and blew on it.I put it back together and rang Mum and it worked went to pub and then went home.

Now I have noticed the film trucks descend on the Den for the filming in Teignmouth tomorrow for the Donald Crowhurst movie,hope to try and spot Colin Firth and Rachael Weisz

Evening peeps. Kids in bed not asleep but nearly there. Son is ironing uniform and DIL is watching BGT. So decided to put on lappy and do some comping. I.m a bit slow one handed but I'll get there lol. Have a nice evening everyone.

I know what you mean about watching the birds take turns to feed fire**fly I was watching the magpie family in the tree in mums garden and they were taking it in turns to distract the dog while one of them pinches her food! It was funny to watch and very clever!

Alfie I hope your day turned out nice for you. It was windy but warm here today but I think it was more colder in the house!

I don't know what's wrong with the internet, it keeps going off although it says internet is connected. The workmen are still busy on our road and I'm sure they must have knocked something.
We've got cross match tomorrow at the renal unit in hospital so fingers crossed all is well and I'm still a good match for kidney. I need to phone dr's too for a sick note as I can't risk any infection now and there's always plenty of that at work!

Fairly decent start to the morning here - dry and
sunny. :j Little fingers crossed that it stays that
way.

It rained almost non stop yesterday until the
evening then the sun was shining again. Topsy-turvy
weather!

Morning everyone. Sitting here with a cuppa waiting on DS getting organised for work. He is going to drop me off home on the way. Everyone else still sound asleep. Quite bright here today hope it stays that way. So going to have a relaxing day and try and get some comping done. Good luck everyone.

It has stopped raining but goodness knows for how long.
Don't think the heat wave that is coming is coming to Scotland so won't get excited about it.

It is Irvine we are going to tomorrow. Going to call in at Culzean Castle on the way and go to Dunoon on ferry on the Wednesday. Had a look at sample dinner menus at they sound lovely so looking forward to trying some of them!


Can't believe it is June already and still feeling chilly.
