Morning peeps. Didn't have a very comfy night so decided just to get out of bed. Will have a lie down later. Two neighbours decided to visit last night so comping went out the window. Going to get some done this morning then see what the day brings. Hope everyone is well. Good luck for today.

    Good morning inners. :)

First of all sending big hugs to everyone
who needs them. Rose - your hug is still
gentle at the mo cos you have a sore
    shoulder. xxx

Wingo, so sorry to here about your dad
not being well and then your mum not
eating and your bro being so poorly. xxx

Hope you have a lovely time at the
    hairdressers and enjoy being
    pampered. :D

Sorry - can't help with the photo thingy for Father's
Day but I expect there will be an inner
along soon that has more knowledge than
me and can help you out. :o:)

Well - had beautiful weather yesterday and it
looks like it's going to be the same today. :D

Have a lovely day all, whatever you are doing. :)

    Will catch up later.

Sun shining away today so hope it will be nicer than yesterday.

Sorry you didn't sleep well rose but suppose that was to be expected.
Hope your shoulder feels better soon.

Hope your mum did listen wingo. You don't need her ill as well.
Feel free to have a good moan to us. Perhaps she could drink some of those Complan drinks if she doesn't feel like eating. I remember a friend whose husband left her, drinking those all the time as she couldn't face eating and had 3 kids to look after.
Can you scan the picture onto the laptop instead of taking photo?

Hopefully a nice peaceful day here, might even get a few comps done. Good luck everyone.

Love the pics everyone. Thank you brightening up the day.

    Although sun is shinning here.

Wingo a photo book is a great idea. Sorry to say I am not technical. A number of years ago we bought a high spec scanner printer so that I could scan photos of our children. They came out with all the faults emphasised and DD2 worked on the ones she liked. I'd just have a go at scanning if you have scanner and taking a photo.

DD1 made a book of her wedding photos. And I think it took her some time but it came out great.
I have only made calendars. One thing I found very helpful was putting all the pictures in the order I wanted them in a separate file first on the computer first the it was easy to upload them.
I think some companies allow you to save what you have uploaded before completion in case you are interrupted while uploading the photos. It could take a bit of time to do but I am sure your Dad would love it.

Thinking about it I came across a small photo album my sister made for Dad of pictures taken to celebrate a birthday. With not a lot of time I think I would sort some pictures and then see how much time is left for a book or just have then printed and put in an album.

Ages ago a bought a photo frame that takes lots of 6 by 4 photos and thought I would make a pictorial family history but it's still in my head and have not got around to it.

Wingo hope hairdresser works their magic.

Hugs Rose. You will surely have a few rough nights. Hope you have a nap in the day time.

Sheils take care of DD revising. Hope she has a relaxing weekend.
    Good luck all

Morning all  and thanks everyone :kisses3:
I bought a wireless printer/scanner months ago and still haven't been able to get it up & running! :o I tend to spend more time on iPad but will have another go later to see if I can get it working. That's probably the best thing to do is scan it. My DD won a photo book years ago and it was really lovely so I would like to do one for dad.
Mam has started back on the build up drinks Sheils. Dad told us he wasn't going for chemo if mam didn't pull herself together. Hopefully we've all got through to her that it's a difficult time for all but life has to go on!

Love the pics everyone :) I forgot to look for one and I need to go get ready for hairdressers now!
Hope everyone well and have a lovely lucky day :) xx

Just got back from a visit to 2 garden centers.. DD has got a load of plants to take back with her for her garden.

Hope you are feeling a bit better as each day goes by Rose.

Wingo, I hope you Mom starts eating again, it is a good idea of leanfun's to get her to have complan as it will keep her going until she feels more herself again and hope your Dad improves. Big hugs for all your family at the moment as things seem really hard for you all.

Glad you didnt need any treatment at the dentist Sheils.

Had a couple of hours at hairdressers and had my eyebrows done too! It was nice to relax for a bit! Called in mums on way back and she has just made a big dinner so here's hoping she eats it!
Just managed to get my washing in before the rain came but suns back out now!

Found out yesterday that a man in one of our local shops has been convicted of child sex offences! I always thought he was a lovely man too and would always laugh and joke with DD. It makes me sick to the stomach to think what he has been up to. You just don't know who you're living next to. :(
