hope all is well,I am fine today been busy as always,went to my parents for a nice lunch,then went to a town to try and get the Art Therapy magazine issue 7 with no joy,so came home and watched some videos on my Now TV box.

Hotel was really good. Think it has recently been renovated as rooms were lovely. Staff were really friendly too. Parking a bit difficult as it was so busy in car park. Strathclyde Park was handier for parking but last time we were there was in need of updating. Maybe it has been done now though.

Sounds a bit calmer out this morning - no wind or rain,
think it's going to be quite a decent day weather
wise. :j

Birds are sounding happy - singing away.

Went out yesterday morning just to local shops and got
blown there and back, the wind was so strong - went
out looking fairly decent and came back looking like a
mop head!! :eek:

No wind or rain here either alfie but it is very dull. Thankyou shiels for pics reminds me of what is around me. Did you eat out in Hamilton or did you just use
Holiday Inn menu? There are loads of good resturants in Hamilton especially Indian ones. Love the piccy of your hubby with New Lanark backgroung and you have pics of some of the falls pitty it was a grey miserable day on a good day with a picnic it is really nice and wildlife will come out and they don't mind you

Rose we ate at a nice Italian just up behind the hotel on the first night and were so hungry after our Glasgow visit the second day that we had fish and chips when we got back. The chips were some of the best we have had, fish just ok but only £3.90.


DH and I have hair cuts booked and will vote on our way back.
Still undecided who to vote for as I like some of each parties policies and hate others!

Morning,suns out here and no wind,thank goodness.I have the day off so will be off out to vote and then mend a fence that took big hits with the wind and broke. Luckily the posts are still ok so shouldn't be too hard. (says me who has never done it before..lol)Have a good day.
