Snow in Inverness brrr! Happy birthday to your son.
We Skyped our son at weekend. He lives with his family in Cleveland Ohio. He says it is warming up there but still cold.
You seem very busy Katie. Pleased your friend won. Your turn next.
Good luck to all this week0 -
Evening all. Not sure where today has gone.
Pretty chilly here today but not as cold as where you are Sheils I'm sure.
Happy Birthday to your DS. x
Like your lolcat Sylvia. Hope you had fun shopping.
Maybe a silly question but do any of you know if you can you cut a whole (tiny) lawn with just a strimmer. My, absolutely ancient, lawnmower has pretty much fallen apart and I can't find a small light one that I can manage. I had a bad accident a year and a half back - broke my neck and back in four places, and various limbs, and I'm still pretty feeble, so gadgets have to be very light for me to manage them. I'm wanting a strimmer anyway - and finding one of those that is small, light, and affordable - and that I can find replacement lines for - is a task in itself.2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400 -
The council workers cut the grassy slopes about here with strimmers hdh but expect it is sore on them.
We had snow tonight - huge flakes! Then we had hailstones before sun came back out.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Good Morning,
loving the pics as usual FF.
Not looking very warm this morning but at least it isn't snowing!
DS3 went back to work at the fancier hotel he used to work at yesterday and worked over 11 hours on his first day back. It so annoys me that chefs usually don't get paid by the hour. At least he is getting £55 more a week now and enjoys cooking the fancier food.
DH dropped his knives off there for him and they seem really pleased to have him back.
Nothing exciting planned here. Got a fresh batch of ironing to do.
Hope everyone has a lucky day.

Morning, a sunny start here today.Glad to hear it's not snowing now up there sheils. It turned really cold here last night. I did a late shift and was freezing just walking to the car.I only have a short shift today, just off in a min. I got a dm from dove on twitter yesterday letting me know i won a small prize. There might be a few more winners as there were 50 to give away.I must go and sort that out later. Hope you all have a lucky day.0
