Afternoon all  Looks like you all had a good Easter weekend :)
We went to Scarbrough yesterday and it was lovely there too. I even bumped into my sister there! Can't go nowhere without seeing anyone we know! :p

Well done on the wins Rose, indie & Sarah :T :j Nice start to the month :)

Ooh fire**fly I haven't had marmalade on toast for ages! I only tend to eat it whenever we go to a B&B somewhere! I should really buy a jar in :) Do you make your own? I know you make a lot of your own stuff :)

Have a lovely family meal out Sylvia :)
Your GS is wise looking at the sweet menu first! ;) I love getting a dessert but DH hates buying them!

Sounds like you've a busy day ahead Sheils getting the rooms sorted for DS & GF coming :) Hope the weather has cleared up for you. It's lovely here today but I'm still sat in my pj's sneezing non stop! Got lots to do but no energy to do it! :o

Welcome princess & good luck with comps :)

Hope you enjoyed your egg leanfun and it wasn't too bad for your stomach. I always feel guilty for my niece at Easter who's diabetic. It never seems to bother her though :) My DD made me a lovely string basket and put some mini galaxy eggs inside! :)

DD got the shock of her life yesterday in Scarbrough when she went to put money in a tin of what she thought was a statue, it moved and she ran! :D It was a man on a bike covered in silver but looked like a real statue and there was a woman as an angel too that kissed her on the forehead :) it must have been difficult fir them to stand there for hours looking like a statue :)

Saw the pic of your DD on FB wingo and wondered where you were.
    Scarborough would be busy yesterday!
Had meant to go there when we were in Pickering if we hadn't caught train for Whitby.
Didn't get to either but still all summer to sort it out.
Did I tell you we are going to Skeggie for our 20th wedding anniversary in July?

Ooh Skegness sounds nice sheils I've always wanted to go there :) DH isn't a lover of travelling anywhere so we don't end up very far!
Scarbrough was very busy yesterday. The kids chose to go and DH agreed in the end! He's on nights on & off this week so not venturing far. I was hoping to take kids to tweedle farm for a change.
I meant to say sheils, the train is back up and working as I saw it passing through Whitby yesterday!

Good you enjoyed your day out wingo it is nice to get away from the house for the day. Been up at neighbours as she is really unwell again (so much for her wanting to go back to work tomorrow) Her brother phoned doctor and he came out and told her brother that if she gets any worse to get her to hospital. Her SIL is going to stay on with her as she is off work all this week but DB has to go back home tonight.

    :hello: Everyone,

hope all is well,I am fine today,I went to my parents for lunch then I went to Waitrose for a coffee and I used the cafe so I could do my colouring of my Art Therapy magazines that I am enjoying doing :)

I went for a walk along the seafront and found my friend as I had just brought a magnum lolly and had it while chatting to her :)

I then left to go home as I had been shopping and had frozen products I wanted to put into freezer before they started to thaw.

    Have a lovely evening!

    love and light,

    Katie xxx

Everyone serms to have had a good day.

Loved Wingo bins pic made me really smile.

    Katie you were really busy.

Here I felt inspired by all the talk of gardening so what with the sunshine here started on our garden. spaced myself by taking a rest every half hour. Surpised by how much achieved. DH did come out and helped a bit. He's definitely not a gardener.

Later D, DSL and GS came for a meal which was great to see them.
Rose DH and I had the respirator infection from last October and it kept coming back. Really feel for your neighbour. Take care so that you don't get it.
