:hello: Everyone,

hope all is well,I am fine today.I went to Aquacise this morning and had a nice session,then had a public swim so was swimming for 2 hours max.I then went to Waitrose for coffee and then came home,I had lunch and relaxed,then slept for a while as the swimming had taken hold of me and made me feel sleepy.

I rang Mum alot because of my TNT Delivery and it hadnt come,so I rang TNT about its whereabouts.Its being redelivered there again tomorrow hopefuly after 2pm.

Hope everyone is well today. Not looking very nice here at moment.


Can just see DH and me in our plus fours wingo! Tend to agree with rose. Hoping to do some walking along the Lancaster Canal - we are still working our way along it and have got near here so hotel is handy.
