    Good Evening all :)

My prize that I won from Crime fiction lover came today. It’s a collection of 11 specially printed proof copies of books from Pengiun’s crime stable. These are limited edition, collectable proofs, each designed in the old fashioned Penguin style. They're great :j

I've not been on my pc at all till now as I've been very busy. My Mum has given me her 2 sofas and carpet from her lounge as she's had new and her old ones, which are like new, are nicer than mine. Had to fetch them in our van and lug them home and then we had 25 square feet of carpet that we had to cut in half on our driveway as we couldn't get it through the front door:eek:

I am shattered to say the least. Going to chill out with a glass of wine and catch up on some comps as I'm getting behind.

 totally forgot is was pancake day yesterday until I came in here tonight. Never missed it before :o Hope you all enjoyed yours

Thinking of you kitten. I'm sorry to hear the news about your Nan.
Hope you enjoyed your Chinese takeaway :)

Glad the MOT went well sheils :)

Glad you all had a good time at cinema sylv :)

Glad you had a lovely day firefly :)

I love Bolognese and cottage pies rose :) I'm fancying spag bol myself now. Think I'll do that for tea tomorrow :D

    Have good evening everyone

I have got hunger pangs going to make myself a cheese beano (toast with beans and melted cheese on top) Goodness you have been busy whizzy nice to update your living room now and again. Whenever I do that to any of the rooms I end up decorating as well as I think oh this decor doesn't go lol. Fab prize wizzy could be worth a bit in years to come. :D

Thanks Rose, I painted and decorated the room back in November and it all matches perfectly by sheer luck! It was worth all the hard work today though, my room looks lovely now.
Chuffed to bits with it :D

Hope you enjoyed you cheese beano. It's such a nice simple meal to do and oh so tasty :) I like beans on toast with a fried runny egg on the top as an alternative too. A nice one to try if you hadn't :)

    Good Morning,

    Hope everyone is well today.
DH is heading off for an eye test today so I will have a nice peaceful morning! Wonder what I will do? :D

You won't have as much time to potter today FF - unless you are really quick with the puzzles!

Had never heard of a "beano" rose.

Great you got yours Mum's stuff whizzy. It is nice to have a change. Must admit I could do to do up my living room but trailing round carpet shops etc isn't my idea of fun. Will get round to it sometime.

    Good Luck everyone.

  • Oh so sorry to hear about your Nan Kitten. Big, big hugs for you and all the family.

Your prize sounds lovely Whizi. Well done. It's lovely when a prize arrives and it is better than you thought it would be.

We have rain here too firefly. Big thanks again for the Buddha. Will rub his tum again but don't want to be greedy as we have had two wins this month. Good luck everyone.

Hope DH's eye test is ok and doesn't cost too much.

Sometimes the easy meals are the best Rose.

Taking the car for a back box on the exhaust this afternoon before MOT next week. The fiat wanted £166 whereas there is a rally old garage I know that does exhausts way up the country lanes that is doing it for £66. I can't believe the difference and yet they are more expensive for servicing.

    Have a lovely day everyone.
BIG THANKS TO ALL WHO POST THE COMPETITIONS
