Bathroom fan

Hello
I need to install a new bathroom extractor fan and I think the Manrose CF100 is best suited to the job. My current bathroom fan is a Vent-Axia Humidistat, which although great is not suitable for my bathroom - ground floor, no outside walls and 2 meters of flat and flexi ducting. I'm finding the bathroom stays damp all the time and moisture gets everywhere after a shower.

I wanted to install a Vent-Axia Quadra however its too big - I am limited by space.
The Vent-Axia is 160 x 160mm. The Manrose CF100 is the only centrifugal fan I could find that would fit (unless there is one I haven't seen!)
My question is: should I get the humidity or the timer versions? The CF100 appears to be single speed whereas my current fan has a trickle setting (although I can't tell when its boosting or not as there is very little difference)

Many thanks and Happy Christmas0 -

Try a expelair DX200, superior fan
Can you not get a inline fan, something like a XID100
Get rid of the flex and get rigid pipe, will reduce drag and improve flow
Humidistat fans can be garbage, picking up small amount of moisture at all times of the day. Better with a 10min overrunHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0 -
Im really limited by space as the old fan was 2 inches and is in the corner. Can you out an inline fan in the wall or do they have to be in the ceiling? How can I upload a picture here from my laptop?0
