All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, February 8, 2015. 6. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
8. One winning entrant will win the following prize packages for four:
8.1 Royal Madikwe South Africa Safari:
• Four return economy class flights with South African Airways from London Heathrow to Johannesburg, South Africa;
• Seven nights accommodation for four at the Royal Madikwe Luxury Safari Residence, based on two people sharing a twin or double or double suite on a full-board basis, including breakfast, lunch or high tea, dinner bottled water, tea/ filter coffee with meals, fresh juices with breakfast, game drive beverages and snacks;
• Return transfers between the airport and Royal Madikwe with a personal escort off the international flight, through immigration/ customs to the arrivals hall where a representative from Charter Africa will meet the guests. There will be a one hour Private Charter to the Madikwe Western Airstrip where the guide will collect the guests and transfer them to the lodge in an open game viewer;
• Two daily game drives;
• Bush walks; and
• A drumming lesson.
8.1.2. The following are excluded from the Royal Madikwe South African Safari except where mentioned, above: travel between the winner’s home and London Heathrow; travel insurance; food and drink; cigars and cigarettes; curio shop purchases; optional specialised safaris; reserve entry/ landing fees; laundry services and gratuities; personal expenditure; and incidental costs.
8.1.3 The prize package is valid for travel from April 26, 2015 and all travel must be completed by March 31, 2016. The following dates are excluded from the prize package: October 15 to October 31, 2015; December 12, 2015 to January 4, 2016.
8.1.4 The prize package must be booked at least 21 days in advance of travel and the winner and guest must travel together. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
8.1.5 It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
8.2 The Lion King in London
• Four top price tickets to Disney’s The Lion King at London’s Lyceum Theatre;
• Four The Lion King goody bags;
• Four drinks vouchers (from a selection of beer, wine or soft drink);
• Two nights stay at The Cavendish Hotel, London for four, based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis;
• £250 Restaurant Voucher for Balthazar, Covent Garden, London; and
• First class train travel from the winner’s nearest station to the direct London station.
8.2.1 The prize package must be redeemed before Sunday, December 20, 2015.
8.2.2 First class rail travel is subject to availability. Where first class is not offered by the train operating company, travel will be by standard class.
8.2.3 The winner and guests must take all elements of the prize package together.
8.2.4 Travel, accommodation and show dates are subject to availability.
9. All elements of both prize packages are, non transferable, non-exchangeable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. The winner and their guests may be required to participate in publicity.
