Halifax do, but they are withdrawing them from next year.

What do you gain from a personalised debit card? Why would you want to pay for a personalised debit card (don't think you are not paying for it)?

Would you gain more from a current account that pays you interest when in credit? One that gives you cashback on cash purchases and/or direct debits? One that gives you a small interest free overdraft? One that charges you the lowest overdraft rate in the market? One that gives you access to industry leading savings rates? One that gives you free travel insurance? One that gives your mobile phone and car breakdown insurance for a as mall monthly fee etc etc etc etc?

What is it you want from your current account?

You think it's good because it stops other banks doing it? Haha

Probably just too expensive and time consuming, and I guess a lot of people don't bother with it, I know I haven't.
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.

If you have a spare current account, use the Switch service to switch to a Halifax Reward Account and you can earn £5/month.

Well you said you wanted to open another account if it had a benefit, the biggest benefits out there right now are switching incentives and the £5/month from Halifax.
