Early payments of benefits into bank account

Hello
I have a friend who is disabled and his girlfriend is his carer (as well as holding down a job)
They bank with RBS, and they normally receive their payments into their account every Monday.
With RBS, the payment shows in their account and is available to use on the Saturday.
But they wish to move away from RBS due to a variety of poor service.
Are RBS/Natwest the only banks that allow this early access to their benefits, or are there other banks who allow this, as it helps with the budgeting and planning?
Many thanks.

Yorkshire Bank (and therefore presumably also Clydesdale Bank?) used to operate the way RBSG do. Not sure if they still do?0

A two day advance helps with their budgeting and allows them to do their shopping at the weekend.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
