Im a newbie and have received a Parking Charge notice from Premier Parking Solutions on 17/12/2014 in Parson street Teignmouth Devon whilst visiting my gran for Xmas.
I have read your newbie advise and just want to check that I do nothing for now and just wait for them to contact me by post before making an appeal ??

So yep, wait for the NTK because PPS do not have a fully compliant version and that gives you an extra POPLA appeal point about 'no keeper liability' (please remember this later on and ask if unclear, when drafting your POPLA appeal in 2015!).
Or you could diarise the date and send the NEWBIES thread appeal around day 21/day 22, so they get it just before the 28 days appeal deadline. Not saying who was driving of course! Then it is likely they would reply to the appeal and forget to serve a NTK completely as PPCs are stupid. That then gives you a 'no keeper liability as the PPC didn't serve a NTK' appeal point for POPLA.
Your choice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
