Can anyone recommend a Spider Solitaire game that is identical with the one included with Windows XP/Vista?
Microsoft in their wisdom do not include the game in Windows 8, and all the ones I've tried to download are full of advertisements/useless/clunky, etc.
Help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Tried and tested on Windows 8.1 especially for you.
Download this and extract files. Download is virus free.
If you only want spider solitaire just place spider.exe shortcut directly on desktop which is what I did.
