oddly enough, a letter I got today suggest that I could contact him also, but he has apparently moved ... or is a multi-tasking man, because the address I have on the letter from the CSA is now

I put in a complaint to him two weeks ago as not happy with our case, but yet to hear anything back yet! what a surprise! lol I sent an eamil via web site so I know they def "logged" it" We also had letters written by our CRO but signed by a Senior officer! Is that aloud?0
