I read some time ago that a guy called Martin Connor was someone that you could contact if you really had problems with the CSA, i was wondering if any one had had any contact or in deed any luck with this guy?

Have never heard of him but would be interested to hear what anyone has to say about him.

i guess no one has heard of him then?
  • I've written to him in connection with my case that was going very badly wrong - a few weeks later I got a response from the CSAC I was complaining about. I assume he actually exists but have yet to have any evidence to back that up. He may just be a concept rather than a real person!

  • O wrote to him with a complaint ages ago, and had a pp letter back saying he had passed my complaint to another department, it wasnt even signed by him!
  • Oh, so he must be another one of those that has a fat pay packet but does !!!!!! all!!

It is like writing to the Chief Exec - they have a team of people who look at the complaint and decide whether it is worthy of being considered by him - if not then it gets passed back to the office that normally deals with it to go through the normal complaint channels.

I had a call form the head of New Clients Complaint Team, in response to a call my MP made to my local office. According to her, if I am not satisfied with the resolution at this Stage 1 of the complaints procedure within 15 days, I can then refer my case on to Stage 2, which is headed by Martin Conner in Washington.

  • I'm dealing with the idiots from MC team at the moment, all pretty much the same as the first stage complaints dept, the next step from these loons is the ICE ( Independant Case Examiner ).

You have to go through each stage in order to esculate to the top, you can't miss a few unfortunatley !!!

As others have mentioned MC I think is a ficticious person as you never get a direct response from him.
