1. Eligibility.
The London Telegraph Cruise Show Tickets and Hotel Stay Contest ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom
who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsors (defined below) and each of their respective related companies,
as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children)
and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

The Promotion is subject to all national and local laws and regulations
and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsors. The Independent Traveler, Inc., 7 Soho Square,
London, W1D 3QB, UK.

3. Agreement to Official Rules.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors,
which are final and binding.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set
forth herein in a timely manner.

4. Entry Period.
The Promotion begins on 19 December 2014 at 12:01am
British Standard Time ("BST") and ends on
29 December 2014 at 12:00pm BST
(the "Entry Period").

Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

5. Entry.
During the Entry Period,
fill out the entry form which can be found on www.CruiseCritic.co.uk/contests.

Limit: one entry per person, per day.

6. Selection of Potential Winners.
On or about 29 December 2014,
one (1) potential prize winner and
nine (9) potential runner-up winners will be selected
in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email.
If the potential winners cannot be contacted within
three (3) days of the first attempt to contact him/her,
Sponsors will select an alternate potential winner(s) in
his/her place from among all remaining eligible entries.

7. Requirements of Potential Grand Prize Winner.
Except where prohibited,
the potential winner must complete and return a liability/publicity
release within three (3) days of being notified.
If a potential winner fails to sign and return the release within
the required time period,
if notification or prize is returned as undeliverable,
or if Sponsors determine in their sole discretion that
the potential winner is ineligible,
an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place.
Travel companion must sign and return a liability/publicity
release prior to travel.
If travel companion is a minor,
the winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian.
Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner's name, picture, likeness, address (city/country only), and biographical information for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide, without further compensation.

8. Grand Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a pair of tickets to the 2015
London Telegraph Cruise Show,
taking place 9-11th January at London's ExCel Exhibition Centre
and a one-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room
at The Rockwell hotel located on Cromwell Road.

Hotel prize must be booked and redeemed within
three (3) months of notification.

Prize does not include airfare, non-discountable fees,
national or local taxes, or any other cost or fee
associated with prize receipt or use not expressly stated herein.
Winner and travel companion are responsible for all necessary travel documents, including, but not limited to,
passports and/or identification.
Approximate retail value is: £182.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Other Prizes:
Nine (9) runners-up winners will receive a pair of tickets to
the 2015 London Telegraph Cruise Show,
taking place 9-11th January at London's ExCel Exhibition Centre.

Prize does not include travel costs, non-discountable fees,
national or local taxes, or any other cost or fee associated
with prize receipt or use not expressly stated herein.
Approximate retail value is: £42.
