Does anyone use a Karcher pressure cleaner for removing mould from the shower cubicle?
We have a shower cubicle but it has really small spaces where even the smallest toothbrush won't get to. So we have been thinking of buying a pressure cleaner but considering the cost of it, we thought we would ask the question on this forum.
Any advice welcome. Thank you.

I use a set of small brushes from Lakeland to loosen the gunge. Then I rinse it off using my indoor watering can, which has a long thin spout. Itch can't get in the grooves, but the pressure of water does the trick.
I find my steamer good for tiles and the grouting .Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Morning,
I have owned a couple of pressure washers. Both had about the same power (could take skin off in certain circumstances). Assuming your shower is indoors, I wouldn't recommend it! Quite apart from potentially damaging any seals (even a short burst packs a punch) you will get spray mist everywhere. There are some good mould killing solutions out there (hydrogen peroxide based). Spray on and leave the stuff to work.
Good luck.0 -
I think using a pressure washer indoors is unwise.0

Try it, report back with the results though.

Using a pressure washer to clean a shower :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Brilliant ! so are you going to re-grout every time you use the pressure washer on it ? and clean the drain out ?
Bit of a tip .... use a steam cleanerand leave the pressure washer outside where it belongs. :wall:

Remove all the sealant , clean & dry , reseal with good sealant
after shower use , suck all water out of shower basin useing the karcher window vac approx £40 , & wipe dry.
i may sound over the top , but i always dry around the shower basin with the wifes hair dryer, 5 minutes work & your sealant will never go manky again , & your shower cubicle will always look good .;)
of course keep all electrics away from water.0 -

I thought a pressure cleaner would be over the top but I like the idea of a steam cleaner.
Any advice on that?0
